The long process of the roasting start from the arrival of the green coffee that come from the different places of the world. In based on the blend that has to produce, we select the different origins of green coffee and then they are passed to the machine. The coffee is roasting slowly for 15/18 minutes. During this phase the coffee reduce his weight and increase the volume, releasing its organoleptic substances.
At the end of the roasting, the coffee is left to rest in the silos and after some day we start to pack the final products.
